The Scotiabank Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer funds have been used to support the following:
Research
$2.6 million for research at The Campbell Family Cancer Research Institute for equipment, lab expenses, research and staff related expenses and research operations
$2.3 million to purchase cutting edge research equipment and support cancer research activities in the PMCC research expansion at MaRS (Medical and Related Science). Focus on:
Genomics & Epigenetics
Cancer Stem Cells & Tumor Biology
Biobank related research
Clinical Enhancements
$150,000 for innovation research grants
$182,000 to support the surgical robotics program for gynecological cancer patients
$958,000 for the enhancement and support of the first in-hospital Survivorship Clinic and Program in Canada
$250,000 to support the patient education program
$1.5 million to support the expansion of clinical research and grant matching program
$300,000 to support cancer informatics

$1.4 million to support the PMCC Foundation fund
