My Story
Hi there!
The fight to conquer cancer is an important one to me. First off, I lost my Dad, the single most important man in my life and the man who instilled a love of hockey in me, to cancer. But cancer has robbed me of my mother-in-law, my grandmother and several friends. I want to eradicate the world of this insidious disease.
I have chosen to help raise funds for critical cancer research at The Princess Margaret, one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world through participation in Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer, a Dawn-to-Dusk fundraising event taking place on October 1, 2011 at Ontario Place.
I'm asking you to consider supporting me in this epic event. With the generous support and donations from my friends and family, I intend on reaching my goal amount so I can truly help make a difference in the fight against cancer!
