My Story
Cancer claimed the life of my aunt at a young age and has impacted other family members and close friends of mine. This year alone - there will be over 173,800 estimated new cases of cancer. For years I have seen how one person's efforts can make a significant change in life and impact so many others. With all of this I decided it was time to take a stand against this devastating disease AND do something that may also inspire others to make a difference.
That's why I've reached out to the Mayors of the GTA and surrounding areas for their involvment to participate in the ROAD HOCKEY CONQUER CANCER event that will support the groundbreaking cancer research at The Princess Margaret.
