As any athlete will tell you, training is a large part of being properly prepared for any physical sport or activity - and training for road hockey is no different. In order to perform your best on Game Day the team at ROAD HOCKEY TO CONQUER CANCER, in partnership with the Canadian National Ball Hockey Team’s training staff, have developed a comprehensive training plan for you.
